Sunset - August 21, 2017

Later that same day, the sunset.

I got these.

If it seems like my sunsets go back and forth in time, it's because they do. In a sense anyway.  I have a balcony and will go up and down as I see a shot I like. Sometimes the sun will look almost set and then it's back up in the sky. It's because I went up 12 feet or so and it changes the perspective of the sunset. 

 

Solar Eclipse - August 21, 2017

These were the best of the photos I was able to take during this summer's eclipse.  I used 3 pairs of sunglasses over my lens and the passing clouds to get them.

 If you look closely, you can see the 3 lenses from the sunglasses.

This one was a little brooding.  There were lots of layers and one little cloud all by itself in the grey-blue sky.
